These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of GrowXpo Inc. ("GrowXpo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Services. GrowXpo provides business consulting and assessment services, including scheduling free assessments and discovery calls.
Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms. By providing your mobile number to GrowXpo and consenting during a phone call, you agree to receive SMS messages containing appointment booking links and related scheduling information. This is a transactional program; we do not send marketing texts.
Message frequency: messages are sent only in response to your booking requests, typically one message per request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. After a confirmation message, no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appointments. Booking links let you select a time for a consultation. We may reschedule or cancel where reasonably necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Disclaimers. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Consulting outputs are informational and do not guarantee any particular business result.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowXpo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the effective date above.
